This beautiful little gem is nestled right in the heart of the piazza Di spagna. Closely situated to all the main attractions without feeling "too touristy" the room was beautiful and excellently cleaned every day. Complimentary tea and coffee machine was a big hit, as was the morning breakfast provided outside our door each morning. I honestly couldn't fault a...

We recently stayed at the Piazza di Spagna Prestige in Rome Italy. This little gem in the city center of Rome is absolutely the best! It's a small 5 room hotel located near the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of all the monuments, and historical sites of Rome. The rooms are clean and spacious and most importantly, quiet! We spent here 4 nights,a family of 4 adults, in 2 rooms. The rooms are very comfortable, decorated beautifully, clean and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent and worth the payment. The internal room was excellent, the other one faced the street. If someone needs total quiet room for the night then he will have to ask...

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is right around the corner to the spanish steps. We found the staff very pleasant and eager to help us with any enquiries we had. However it is disapointing that for the Money we paid that there is no staff present after 6pm. Our bed was very uncomfortable and me and my partner...

The hotel is located on the first floor of its building and finding that was a bit strange at first but what a pleasant surprise to find this charming little hotel. It is super nice and clean, everything inside looks new and well kept, the room is in good size and the staff is super friendly. We loved it!!

The rooms were very clean and a generous size with excellent wifi connection. The building is charming and you really are in the centre with a wide choice of restaurants and bars, the Spanish Steps are a two minute walk from the...

This little hole in the wall hotel is just wonderful. You really feel like you are in Rome with this hotel. We were fortunate enough to be in one of the rooms that fed onto the open courtyard, which was a lovely place to sit for a little while recovering after long days, before heading out in the evening. The...

We were traveling with our young daughter and the entire staff, especially Edoardo and Lido were so wonderful, kind and attentive to our sometimes chaotic needs. The room itself was lovely, clean and cute. The bath products rocked and the location was great. I would absolutely stay here again, the staff makes you feel like you are staying with family....

Just back from a 4 night stay at the Piazza Di Spagna and we all thought it was terrific. Literally 2 mins walk to the Spanish Steps, 20 mins walk to the Trevi Fountain, 30 mins to the Colosseum and Pantheon so ideally located for walking everywhere. Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighbourhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (21:00), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
