Stayed here for 7 nights. The location was ideal with the city centre on one side and the peaceful river and Trastevere on the other. The room was great - clean, quiet and a nice continental breakfast buffet. All the staff were lovely.

Great little place with breakfast every morning, lovely spacious room and bathroom and air conditioning (and absolute must considering we are here in July in 35°C heat). Breakfast is served every morning in the room which is great as it saves you having to find somewhere to eat every morning. Staff were more than helpful too. Only negative in the...

We loved the Residence Regola. We stayed there for three nights with our two teenage sons who also thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was great, easy walking distance to all historical sites. Plenty of local eateries. The staff were extremely obliging, helping us with booking the Vatican tour and our taxi back to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable,...

Staying at Residence Regola is like staying at friends house in the middle of the city. A small, family run establishment, with perfect location, 5 minutes from Campo Di Fiori. The room was new, clean & very comfortable, and so was the bathroom. The service was personal - we could get a cup of coffee even when we woke late...

This six-bed ensuite converted appartment in a nice building was clean, cosy with all the basic comforts. Bed linen was the quality of an upmarket hotel. The location was fairly central with helpful staff. However, the beds were quite hard though not unbearable. There is no soundproofing between rooms so if you are unlucky to have noisy neighbours this could...

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was one of the best hotel experiences I have encountered. The hotel is lovely, the room is beautiful and the location is perfect but it is the staff that really make this place really stand out. They are so welcoming, friendly, helpful and really want you to enjoy your stay in both...

As soon as we made the booking on booking.com the hotel emailed me as I wrote a specific request, they were so helpful with directing us from the airport. The walk from the tram stop is 5mins however we got lost for an hour circling the area down alleyways! A restaurant owner directed us to the front door. There is...

Stayed here for 2 nights on our trip round Italy and absolutely loved it. It can be a bit tricky to get to though as it's tucked away on a side street The rooms are not spacious but honestly how much room do you need? They are clean and nicely decorated. Daniella on reception was excellent, so helpful and friendly....

“We had the Superior Double room which gave a little more space but if this is not a priority then the Standard Double Room was very good as well and a little less expensive. We thought the value for money for all rooms was well worth it. All were air conditioned with en suites.”
