Chose this place for location.. right in the center and closed to everywhere but without the chaos of the streets near St. Peter square. One could find everything near this place, shops, restaurant, metro. The room has all the basic amenities and the 24/7 coffee and tea facility is a plus. Secured and the building is well kept.. the elevator...

We had a nice time in this place, I also appreciate all the help from the people at the b&b, we had a problem on our way to Rome, we got there by car and the girl at the reception waited for us until 3-4 a.m, breakfast was good and the location let us discover many beautiful places near the...

Allesandra welcomed us to a gorgeous building with a beautiful courtyard, and in short order explained what we needed to know about the room, breakfast, Air conditioning and local sights. She also gave us a recommendation for dinner at La Tavernella a few blocks down the street. EXCELLENT!!!! And the Vatican is only a few blocks down the street. This...

This lovely little B&B is located on the 4th floor (there is an elevator) in a beautiful Roman building with a courtyard on a lively street with lots of cool shops and places to eat 5 min walk from Vatican. The room is decorated beautifully, with a comfortable bed (very thin pillows), small fridge, little table and two chairs. The...

We began our honeymoon with 6 beautiful nights at the VP. Alessandra was a wonderful host, our room was excellent, breakfast was magnificent, and if you're after a quiet, elegant, hussle-and-bussle-free place to stay at in Rome.... make sure you stay at Vatican Paradise. It's position is excellent, in a very up-market but quiet-at-night street, and access to train and...

I cannot agree more with many reviewers. Alessandra was a most lovely hostess. She gave us advise on how to get around Rome and made sure we were happy with our accommodations and breakfast. Walking distance to dinner, shopping and sites was a terrific bonus. There were four of us so we rented both rooms. It was nice that we...

Our first time in Rome and this was a good location to stay in. I tried to book this last year but as its just two rooms it gets booked up early. Its basically a two roomed b&b on a fourth floor. The room is large but would’ve liked an additional low table to eat breakfast from (breakfast is taken...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
