I cannot rave enough about this hotel. I stayed there with my husband and 6 year old son for 3 days and it was perfect for our needs. Let's start with the hotel in general. This is not your typical hotel. It is located in an old apartment building with an old iron elevator with 2 apartments per floor. The...

This is a hidden gem of a place, right in the centre of everything, excellent soundproofing, wonderful clean rooms, free wifi, not the best breakfast I've ever had but you won't starve either. Would I recommend this to fellow travellers!! You bet I would.

The name Residenza Zanardelli can be found on a nameplate next to a big wooden door. There is a button to press so that you can speak to a receptionist who will let you in and show you how to use the lift. There is one small step at the main door, then 3 steps up to the lift, then...

Clean and tidy hotel conveniently located in a lovely part of Rome. We enjoyed river walks in the evening, and there were plenty of nice places to eat in the vicinity. The breakfast room is bit of a tight squeeze when others appear at the same time, but there is a nice selection of pastries, cereals, fruit, and eggs. I...

This is a small 6 room hotel located on the 2nd floor of a building that houses other businesses and residences so it doesn't really look like a hotel. It also has a unique key situation as you need separate keys to enter at street level, the hotel itself and a key card to actually enter your room. But it...

Room was clean and comfortable, beds & towels were changed daily. Staff were very friendly & helpful, very eager to please. Breakfast was very basic but adequate. The only negative was the communal lobby downstairs which was shared with other residents (Residenza Zardenelli is on the second floor of the building) & everyone's rubbishy was left in open bins behind...

We chose this hotel (or residence) based on TripAdvisor reviews, location and price. The hotel (guest house or residence) itself was quite quirky. It is small and consists...
