This hotel has a rewarding personality. The staff was amicable, friendly, caring (beyond what typical hotel personnel are) and helpful. The two staffers in charge of the daily breakfast were great. The facilities are clean (and constantly kept as we were there for 5 days and witnessed it), extremely well located (close to food, shopping, history, plazas, Metro) and spacious...

We returned to this hotel again this year having had a brilliant stay in Rome last year. The hotel is excellent, great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable well appointed rooms and a delicious, simple breakfast. We would certainly return again and would highly recommend.

Stayed here last month. Ample room for 3 sharing. In a great spot not far from metro to get you around, Spanish steps, tesco fountain and lots of shopping and eating places. Restaurant 34 right facing would recommend. Staff at hotel friendly. There was a good variety of choice with continental breakfast which we ate in a quaint inside terraced...

We stayed at this lovely hotel for the fourth time on our many visits to rome. It is very reasonably priced and It is very well located near the spanish steps and the great shopping streets in rome. The rooms have been redone and are a decent size. Ask for an interior room to avoid some of the noise from...

Loved this hidden jewel and it was hidden. We were in the best location, close to everything and right in front of the Spanish Steps. Flavio was amazing. He went above and beyond by booking reservations to Florence and Cinque Terre and was always available to provide an extra hand. The breakfast was simple but classic Italian with variety. We...

This was my 15th stay in this area and it proved to be one of the best. Small, yet efficient, and accommodating. Their choices for meals and chocolate were close in safe area for older single lady. Definitely hope to return.

We reserved two rooms, that were on the first floor. first room had a window to a beautiful alley. Second room had a view of the back of the hotel which wasn't beatiful at all. but we didn't spend our time at the hotel, so this con didn't really affect us. If you are looking for peace and quiet. Hotel Piazza di Spagna was recommended to us by family who had also previously stayed at the hotel, and I would also now definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Rome. Spectacular location so close to the Spanish Steps, and surrounded by amazing restaurants, only a very short walk to the Corso shopping area and within an easy walk to...

Neighbourhood Profile
Campo Marzio

Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina.
