The Cotswolds
Reviewed 6 days ago NEW

Everything about this hotel is perfect. It was very clean, very comfortable and the location was perfect. The staff were very kind and helpful and it was excellent value for money. The breakfasts were very good, dishes were refilled quickly and dirty dishes were cleared away very efficiently. I would certainly recommend it to my friends.

Lovely hotel. Our room overlooked the courtyard ,which would be lovely to sit in during spring or summer. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is amazing-so close to the Spanish Steps and shopping streets and easy to walk to most of the tourist sites. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

I stayed here with my daughter and father back in June. It is a lovely little boutique hotel locally owned. Precious! Great location. Walking distance to all the sights! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Suggested dinner reservations and some really nice restaurants! And helped with a cab when needed. Breakfast was great too! The room was comfortable and...

It’s hard to find a good hotel in Rome with a great location and doesn’t break the bank. This is one of those hotels. LOCATION: very close to the area of Spanish Steps, Via Veneto, Trevi Fountain etc. Most touristic areas would be walkable with the exception of maybe the Vatican Museum and ST Peter’s. ROOMS: There is a good...

Located the Hotel Modigliani through American Airlines vacations. This was my first trip to Rome, and was uneasy about finding the right hotel. My concerns were quickly put to rest upon my arrival. Smiles and warm greetings were plentiful. It's a small hotel with rooms placed amongst 6 floors, plus an outside garden with charming seating areas. Breakfast was included...

Hotel with kind and hospitable personal. With clean and nice rooms. Bathroom is big enough and clean. Breakfast is plentiful and yummy. Location of hotel is perfect. It is on 5min walk from Spanish Steps, on 15 min walk from Fountain Di Trevi and on 6-7min walk to Barberini square and Barberini metro station.

This is truly wonderful hotel.....I can safely say it is our absolute favourite on any of our travels in Europe. It's spotlessly and gleamingly clean and very close to the shopping and cultural amenities in Rome. The staff are so genuinely friendly, that we feel as part of a large family, rather than mere clients. We have stayed there 10...

This was a beautiful hotel. The unbelievable breakfast was in a beautiful room one floor down. It also had a superb location close to Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, etc. The service capped off a great hotel experience. Highly recommended

This hotel is in key distance to the centre, the steps and the Vatican. Great room we had with a view, closed off from the noise of constant beeping. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and comforting.

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
