The hotel accommodation is good. Housekeeping is excellent: the room is cleaned everyday and the towels changed everyday, too. But most of all, the staff are all very good, professional, polite, warm, always smiling and very helpful. We can consider staying at Hotel Grifo again when we visit Rome and I can recommend Hotel for its good location and warm...

Rooms are small so hold your expectations. It's 18th century building so they can't touch walls. Internet don't work in the rooms or super slow. Pros: Location!!! Staff is so helpful. You can trust their restaurant recommendation. We tested it. Roof terrace. Enjoy your stay!

A small and cozy hotel in a great location in relation to Rome's attractions. The staff are very welcoming and had many good input to what we could see in Rome and recommended good restaurants. We will definitely come back another time.

All the staff were very warm and welcoming helping out with directions to all the major sites around Rome, they also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Hotel Grifo has a perfect location for stay in Rome with very close main train station and major attractions especially Colosseum and Trevi Fountains. Delicious restaurants surround it. As the hotel is in central area of city, the rooms are not that big, however they're comfortable. The shower area inside bathroom is bit small. The front desk staff is really...

This hotel has a perfect location for your stay in Rome, as it is really close to a lot of historical landmarks, bus and train stations, delicious restaurants and shopping centers. The rooms are not so big but for their price, they're comfortable enough. The staff is really welcoming and friendly, especially Luigi. I would definitely recommend this hotel for...

Loved our stay at the Hotel Grifo. Staff were fantastically friendly and helpful, explained things to see, advised some excellent eateries (la Carbonara and La Taverna die Monti both great). Breakfast simple and sufficient. Rooms a little old fashioned but cleaned daily and very comfortable. Situated in a great area, central and easy to get to all the sights.

We stayed in this hotel in mid April for four nights, myself, my wife and two sons aged 5 and 6. Having done some prior research the hotel was easy to find after taking the train from the airport to Roma Termini and the walking approx 20 mins from the station. We were early, no problem, we were shown where...
