As others have mentioned there are elevators available but a wheelchair might be a tight fit. Most true wheelchairs are rigid frames and the backrest folds down. This type of chair, like a my TiLite will not fit in the... More

Actually, there are at least 3 separate elevators. If you are well enough to walk in Rome, you will have no trouble at this hotel.
