I booked this hotel months in advance. When we arrived, they didn't have us booked for the first night, although we had an email proving that the arrangements had been made. They put us up in a terrible alternative and then we had to spend time re-checking in the next day. We also had reserved a triple for two of...

Near Ponte Sisto and really in the best neighbourhood of a Rome ( my opinion), this hotel with terrace and parking in the basement, is a gem. Small but clean rooms, kind service, Italian sweet breakfast and a good price.

We came to Rome as a family with two small children. 4 of us stayed in a triple room and 2 of us stayed in a double room. Pros: The location was central to all the main sites and there was a lovely market nearby. The staff were accommodating. As there wasn't as fridge in the room, the staff kept...

What a fun hotel! Yes the rooms are small but ours was really quite nice! The bed was comfortable and the timbered ceiling really made you feel the antiquity of the area. The patios are great to sit with a glass of wine and envision the history. Listening to the church bells is unforgettable. The reception desk was absolutely amazing...

rooms are smallish, the service good, but the most important feature is the location which is excellent for tourist viewing. Nearby is the Piazza Campo de' Fiori, which is a market during the day and eating area at night. The Vatican, Pantheon, Fontana Di Trevi and Piazza Navona are all within easy walking distance.

The first room we got is the smallest I have ever seen! We almost literally fell into the bed when opening the door! The real problem, however, was that we could hear everything; people walking by the door (which didn't close completely), alarm clock in the next room etc. We got a different room the day after, and it was...

We stayed 2 nights. The room was super small and old, no space to move. The bathroom was extremely hot and not maintained properly. The shower was so small and disgusting, we couldn't move inside, there was mold. The staff was nice and try to offer good service, but there is nothing they can do. Even though they have WIFI,...

Stayed in a quad room which was incredibly convenient for our family of four. Very thin walls, so-so shower, and standard amenities. No elevator for the first flight to reception. Extremely helpful staff in arranging cars and taxis and guiding us to places (like the closest pharmacy). Wifi free but had to go to lobby for signal.

I stayed here on a family trip in 2013. It was comfortable and well located. We bought some food in nearby stores for breakfast and had it the gardens. The rooms were clean and had a/c. I was happy with the service. When we left I forgot something at the room and the staff was very kind to mail it...
