Staff was great. Room was fantastic. If I needed directions, front desk was always helpful. Located perfectly. I will use again when traveling to Rome. The night was always eventful outside in the square .
The location for this hotel cannot be beat. We loved looking out from our room on the Pantheon. It was comfortable and clean and the staff was always friendly and willing to answer questions. We loved our stay!
The hotel was very clean and neat. The staff was very heplful and got us in touch with a driver to and fron the airport, fair price. The location was great. Only a 20 minute walk the Vatican and less than that to all the major sites. I will stay again.
The location is the hotel main asset, but not the only one. With windows a few meters from the gigantic dome of the best preserved ancient Roman building, the hotel offers a unique experience. It is not, however, a pretentious, overpriced pseudoboutique hotel of sort: the prices and the attitude are correct for a hotel with small rooms and no common spaces. Overall a positive experience due to the professional, friendly staff, the honest prices and (did I already mention it?) the 24h view of the Pantheon. The rooms tend to be small but they have the needed amenities for the category and even the bathrooms have windows. The square is noisy at night in spite of the good soundproofing with closed windows. Breakfast is served in a slightly depressing cafe' nearby, but I suppose that with the warm season one can enjoy it outside. Recommended.…
We visited here from 17th-21st Dec for my birthday celebrations, positives first LOCATION, our room overlooked the Pantheon, and is 20-30 mins walk to all the main attractions. The staff are great, friendly and informative, Breakfast was served in a little restaurant, a few metres away, and the staff there are brilliant too.. Rooms are modern and meet the needs of a traveller, with complimentary tea/coffee in the room, a hairdryer, and a reasonably priced mini bar. Now the negatives, although these are not deal breakers. In our room the shower and toilet where separate, where the shower unit was part of the roomand when you turned toilet light on, the shower light came on too, which if in the middle of the night, could wake others. The room was very compact, with very little room to store luggage, and nowhere to hang coats, The room was very warm, we tried to adjust the aircon, but to no avail. The hairdryer had to be held on, and someone with dexterity issues on the hands would struggle. The lift is situated on the first floor, and is very compact... All in all, this hotel is in a fabulous location, and worth a visit. Its part of the historic part of Rome. …
Really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is great & served in a restaurant just 30seconds walk away. Room surprisingly spacious. Air con works well. Literally overlooking the Pantheon. Couldn't have asked for better with a 3* hotel. Would definitely book again.
The location is perfect, close to the pantheon. If you are lucky, you get a glampse of the pantheon ( one of our 3 rooms had a view on it ). The rooms are quite small and not the most modern. And they are expensive ( but that might be Rome ). Breakfast is not the best, but we lived with it
Excellent hotel and enjoyable stay. BUT ....... the day before our departure (6.15 am flight) my wife and I asked two different receptionists to arrange a wake-up call for 3 am. They said "Fine - no problem!" THERE WAS NO WAKE-UP CALL. WE WOULD HAVE MISSED OUR FLIGHT IF I HAD NOT SET THE ALARM ON MY SMART PHONE. When I pointed this out to the receptionist on morning duty, he sheepishly smiled and said "Sorry" - even HE should have checked to see if there were any wake-up calls during his shift. Great holiday - disappointing finale!
Perfect location, very friendly staff, gorgeous views from the room overlooking Pantheon and the square. Rooms were good size and very clean. Coffee and tea free, breakfast is served in restaurant nearby, also good quality. I will surely return.
The hotel is, in my opinion, in the best piazza in Rome. Fantastic views of the Pantheon and easy access to a nice sized piazza with very good cafés and restaurants. The hotel has very well presented, very clean and staff very attentive. This is my second stay at this hotel and it has become my go to when in Rome. Wouldn't stay elsewhere
