This hotel met all my needs and more.. Being a single traveler it is always good to have hotel staff that offer the friendly face. Here they did that in spades. The Hiberia is well located within walking distance of most sights. Rome really is a city of walking as the sites are closer than the map makes you think....

The major thing I remember about our hotel was the unbearable heat in our room. Heating could not be switched off and we had to keep our window open 24-hours in search of some fresh air in mid-December! Our room faced a service shaft, but at least we could keep open for some fresh air. Location was great just a...

The real downside to this hotel is the above room. Their is no natural light during the day & it stank of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available. The bathroom is small as long as you don't mind wandering down the corridor at night for a "break", it is your own personal roo though. The bathroom also...

When making reservations online they were very prompt with their replies. It has a nice location. The hotel employees were very helpful. We needed assistance in finding restaurants, gelato, getting to the train station, etc. They had enough English speaking people to make us feel welcome. Rooms were clean and cool enough to make us comfortable.

AC broke down . Water dripped on our back from the overhead flush. Good location. But I will never go back and never recommend to anyone.

The location is the best thing this hotel has going for it. The room was clean, but the beds weren't very comfortable and our TV didn't work. My biggest complaint is the front desk staff. My fiance and I had been looking for a good place to eat for close to an hour before deciding to head back to the...

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
