    One big plus of this hotel is the location, it is centrally located. The down side is reception team ...especially the old ladies and the one calling me just to tell me that check out was 10 am! Room was ok, breakfast buffet was standard....More

    ‘292 recently refurbished rooms’ The Cicerone Hotels website makes this great claim but really pivots on everyone’s understanding of the word ‘recently’ and they also say ‘tastefully decorated and spacious’ of which I am assuming they are referring to where (by the bed) the 1980’s...More

    Interestingly, they do have a pressing service that I think was free, but that may have been because we were a group. I think it was for everyone, but call or email the hotel direct. No irons.

    Hi Julia, to my awareness there were no balconies. But there was the possibility to open the windows even in the upper stories. Maybe there were balconies on the backside , however I doubt there are. Enjoy your stay, Volker
