Welcoming front desk staff, efficient and friendly. Very small but clean standard rooms with all amenities though. (Locker, closet, separate super small bath room). Some rooms have a tiny balcony. Breakfast area is ok. Can become crowded. Variety of the breakfast is so so. The rooftop with bar and pool area is probably unique in Rome and provides stunning panoramic...

We stayed here for 3 nights and cannot fault it. Nice spotless rooms, fabulous customer service! Close to everything and best of all the view! Our room had a view of the colosseum which was very special. To top it all off we left an expensive pair of sunglasses but it was quickly resolved by Sergio at the hotel who...

We stayed here in late May as a family of two adults, one teen and one tween. Chose the hotel due to its reasonable pricing point and fabulous location. Step outside the front door, turn your head right and there's the colosseum in all its splendid glory. An amazing location for first time visitors. There were souvenir shops,(expensive) banks, a...

The hotel is very well located, 3 mins walking distance from the Colosseum. The roof top offers spectacular views, unfortunately in January the swimming pool wasn't in service, neither was the roof top bar. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, do not expect the same level of amenities as you would get in an UK MERCURE, in the same type...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. it was clean ans comfortable and well located. The Colosseum was visible and is a short walk from the hotel and a clear view from the roof top bar, which would be awesome in the summer. We upgraded to the privilege room which was excellent size room. The dinner room always had quests...

Hotel is very well located, less than 200 meters from the Colosseum. It's about a 30 minute casual stroll to the Spanish Steps. Staff was good. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star, rather than 4 star hotel

Ideal location for the attractions. We were upgraded with our room. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The windows are small and don't let much natural light in. The pillows were hard, but I asked for different ones and these were delivered along with a blanket as I found the dicentra not warm enough. Reception staff were polite...

Location is perfect - one of the tram stations is just across the hotel while Metro B Colloseo is a few minutes away. Buffet breakfast is good though the variety can be improved. The room and amenities are as expected on Mercure standards. Glad I chose this hotel (",)

A nice friendly hotel situated not too far away from major center POIs. A tram line in front connects you to the public transportation system of Rome. Reception is professional and does not easily give you an upgrade for free, where most hotels (other than Accor actually do). Reason mentioning is that the. Rooms are quite small....too small if you...
