Had a great time staying at the B&B. Emiliano and Lucille were wonderful and gave great recommendations! Go to the places they suggest! Good location and very clean. Would love to stay there again soon!

Clean, fresh, tastefully decorated combined with a perfect location. The neighbourhood is away from the main tourist areas, however, is within easily walking distance of Vatican City and downtown Rome. The Metro station Lepanto is only 300 meters away and the bus stop for Fiumicino airport is less than 600. We felt directly at home with our hosts Emiliano and...

Domus Quiritum is the best choice to stay in Rome. Not only because of the very good location ( it's near to the city centre in a silent area), the good beds and clean rooms but also because of the very nice host Emiliano. He organized an Easter breakfast for all guests with typical italian specialities and he even served...

It was our second time at domus quiritum. As per title, it was perfect , again ! We already had a great experience few years ago and they confirmed the hight standard of our previous stay. On top of this, I believe the owners are making this place really special. They were available to suggest us places we would never...

From the moment we booked the B&B, the host kept in contact with us. They answered all of our questions and helped us plan out our trip. Our plane came in late and the host stayed up waiting for us! Even after we had arrived he gave us tips on how to beat the lines in the tourist spots. With...

Our stay for two nights was most wonderful. Our host Emiliano was fantastic. Very informative but never feeling like he was imposing on us. Without his knowledge and insight we would have only got 50% out of our short stay. I would highly recommend the night tour by car organised by Emiliano as the trip around Rome at night is...

Stayed here for 5 nights in February 2017. Upon arrival we felt immediately at home. Great atmosphere in the bed&breakfast en everything is client-centered. Our host, Emiliano, sat down with us every single morning (after breakfast) to discuss our plan for that day; he gave us tips on where to buy tickets, where to go to, etc. Every morning he...

We stayed two years ago for my husbands birthday and decided to stay again for mine. The staff is always wonderful and they are very helpful with anything you need. The beds are the best we've stayed in during our trips to Europe. Highly recommend.

It is always especially nice when you arrive at B 'n B that exceeds expectations. Our host, Emiliano and the cleanliness of the property were two of the reasons we would return. As a prior reviewer mentioned, "Emiliano was the prefect host." For those who might be concerned, his English is excellent-my Italian limited. The breakfasts were wonderful. The property...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
