Service: impeccable! The owner contacted us before our arrival and even guided us as to how to get there via metro. He is available literally 24/7 via whatsup and responds to all your needs right away. Rooms are simple but have everything you needs plus location is an A+! After a 50 feet walk, you are a "straigh line away"...

We decided to go for this guest house after reading other people's reviews and indeed, we enjoyed it ever so much. If I had one complaint though it's that the air conditioning is very loud in the room, but we still slept well. The guest house is right in the center of town, a few minutes from the Vatican. We...

We would certainly recommend this Guest House. We wanted good value accommodation in central Rome (we are a young professional couple from London). The owners were exceptionally friendly and professional and provided a lot of useful information. Whilst the owners were not always 'manning' the hotel this was no problem at all as they were always very responsive on text...

Well, the rooms are pretty good, clean, comfortable. Its not an ordinary hotel as the classical hotel, but is real beautiful. Salvatore and Paola are two beautiful young people, very polite and willing to help in everything. The hotel is near to metro station and to the beautiful market of Prati. Its only 10 minutes from Vaticano. It was a...

I had such a great time in Rome, and a lot of this had to do with the comfortable stay that I had at Cielo Vaticano. It felt less like a hotel, and more like a homestay with additional privacy. Salvatore contacted me before I even got to the hotel, and always made sure that things went smoothly for me....

The apartments were perfect for a young couple, the location is amazing for a price (Vatican is only 10 minutes walk away and nearby metro station will take you anywhere in the city) and service is at the highest level. But it all pales in comparison to the people - the hosts of apartments. They are magnificently awesome and the...

We stayed at a double room with private bathroom which was luminous, clean and spatious. There was a fridge and a water heater in the room which was very useful. Outside and available for everyone, there was a microwave and coffee/tea with cups and plates. Nice gesture from the owners who right from the start made us feel at home....
