The location is at 10 minutes walk from the Colloseum and the Termini train station. It has one big room and a small one, two bathrooms, one of which is accessed from the hallway, and an equipped kitchen. Now for the bad parts, the kitchen had a coffee maker which we found having some stale liquid inside it (maybe coffee...

Very well maintained apartment which is having an excellent location too. The apartment is clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are clean. The location is excellent. just about 7-10 minutes walking from Colosseum. walkable from Rome Termini Railway Station too. The shop next door also helps you with your daily needs. Many things to praise here. Even with city tax the cost was only 31,90 euros/person/night. At that price you barely get any hotel in Rome, let alone place of this quality. Moreover, you can walk to Colosseum or Termini within 10 mins. Nevermind the building's facade. Just go into the courtyard then 2 lvls up from the ground floor. It's...

This is a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. There was lots of space for 2 adults and 2 young kids. There is a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. There were extra pillows. The second bathroom is small but the kids were fine. It's a little hard to find. You will...

I would give this place more a 3.5 stars. Positives great location, excellent value for money considering the location to the coliseum. Lovely room with four poster bed and italian furniture . Negatives Breakfast is pretty basic and served using plastic plates/cutlery. Bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom, even though it was our own bathroom, we had to go out...

We passed a really pleasant stay in the Ciao Bella B&B. Easy to find and close to the Colosseum area. Very quite and high-standing street. It's really easy to cover all the downtown by walk. Underground lines A and B are reachable in 10 min by walk. Our room was very clean and the service and availability of the owner...

Ciao Bella was lovely. Communication from the moment we booked was very good. It suited us as it was in the older quarter and close to what we wanted to see, so most things were a quick walk away. It was great being able to use the kitchen to cook our meals. It would have been a little helpful if...

Very clean, amenities were good, air conditioning very useful as it gets extremely hot in Rome. The fact that we could use the kitchen any time of the day was great. 5 min walk from the coliseum. And a really good restaurant and ice creanm parlour just next door.

I won't stay here again. We found the kitchen utensils, oven and microwave REALLY dirty (judge by yourselves, I uploaded photos of the oven and microwave as we found them). On the last day of our stay when I told the hostess about this, she said "she would have sent the lady to clean it if I had told her...
