Very hard to find as it's literally a name on a buzzer board of an apartment but don't let that put you off. Once inside it's lovely. Very cheap for what you get. Walking distance of everything worth visiting in Rome.

I was back from an international trip lasted months and I had to stop in Rome for the night, so when I was looking for a B&B my main corcern was to find one very near to Termini's Railway Station. Looking around I spotted this place rated very good or excellent by many poeple, and decided to try it. It's...

We had problems finding it at first, as it was listed as Number 10 but there was another Number 10 further down that side of street. It was dark and we didnt realise as is now increasingly obvious for a lot of places in Rome, that the rooms were in an apartment block! There was again another common theme in...

Nice place to stay in Rome, perfect location and friendly staff. Our room was with separate bathroom, the shower was blocking easily, so flooded the floor once. As for me the room itself was a bit dark, no day light coming in, the window with that Italian style blinds, which if u roll up opens not very atractive yard. Breakfast is...

We arrived here following a long tiring journey. Our check in consisted of a half hour tutorial from the guy on reception although I told him I'd been to Rome before, he seemed insistent that we should visit certain restaurants & supermarkets (friends & relatives)??? The room was comfortable enough but the door didn't close very well and was noisy,...

The location of the hotel was the main reason for choosing it. Both room and bathroom were very clean with modern decoration, the only "negative" was the size of the room, it was quite small. Breakfast was ok.

I'd only recommend this place If you want to pay a lot for an unpleasant stay. I called the hotel in advance to let them know that I will arrive late, at 1am but it was only when I arrived at the hotel did the hotel manager mentioned late check in fee which turned out to be 10 euros per...

Rooms comfortable and neat. Very near the train station and busses. Making use of public transport is very easy from here. It is difficult for the first time to locate the hotel. Very nice restaurants walking distance.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
