We were looked after from the moment we arrived. The staff where excellent, all of our requests where met with a smile and a willingness to help. Our suite was superb. After walking several miles during the day, it was lovely to come back to the hotel and use the spa to rejuvenate tired limbs and muscles, ready for the...

Great experience! Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. We were up upgraded to a garden room upon arrival. Concierge was helpful in booking our reservations to both the Vatican and Colosseum. You'll pay an agent fee but well worth avoiding extremely long waits. Walk to Trasteverne for dinner. Good breakfast to start your day too. I would definitely go back!

This Hotel is perfectly situated for the sites of Rome. Being 5 mins from the Basilica. It has probably one of the few open air swimming pools in Rome and it is a very nice spot. The hourly shuttle bus is free and drops and picks up in the centre of the City. The rooms are very nice. The bathrooms...

This is the perfect spot to stay when visiting Rome with a family. Nice hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast. We stayed as a family and the junior suite was a little odd. It had no real way to store clothing for a week stay. The bathroom was gigantic. I would say it seems more of a business hotel, it may be different in the summer months . Overall nice place.

Staying in Trastevere

Neighbourhood Profile
Trastevere
Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded postcard, a little worn around the edges but still charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of entertainment - a rotating set of street performers entertains almost every night, and unforgettable eateries and bars pepper its piazzas and side streets. For a trip to the past, visit the southern and western flanks of Trastevere for pockets of yesteryear, less traversed areas with a residual 1960s and 70s Roman vibe.
