Great location could access everywhere, and so close to the Vatican which was important to us. Clean rooms, the only downside was the showers as the water takes forever to go down and it can flood so u have to be quick but this is a problem all over rome not just here. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a couple of days, and enjoyed it a lot. Not very soundproof but we did not mind at all. The host Pasquale was a perfect host, a very helpful and kind person that did his best to make our stay a good one. I highly recommend this place.

You will receive a set of keys, the couple of which for the huge gate, which open small cosy courtyard is paved with a pattern like fish scales and with plants in tubs. Then entrance and you go up on marble staircase past the doors with bronze plates. The next key to the floor end the last to your apartment....

Ok, let's start with the obvious. The location couldn't be any better. You get to see the exterior of the Sistine Chapel from your room windows and St. Peter's is practically a stone's throw from the B&B. Pasquale is an affable gentleman with a very local charm about him. A lot that was nice about our stay was owing to...

Great room, great location, especially if you are planing an early visit to Vatican Museum or St. Peter square/ basilica. Clean rooms, bathroom is outside room but it's private and clean. Very spacious room and quiet. Pascoale the manager is awesome, very friendly, arranged minivan to pick us up at Termini, quite late at night, on both ways. We are...

This is a mix between a Hotel and a B&B, where Pascoale and his staff receives you so kindly and in a prestative way. And even, he can pick you up and leave at Rome airports ( It´s paid) The guest gets the keys of the doors of the building and of the appartment and can enter any time. One...

I have to say that Pasquale really saved us: we had another place booked: bedroom and living, but once we got there nothing was like in the pictures. So we left and starting to walk with our bags in Rome, asking all the hotels for available rooms. Almost everything was fully booked or whatever they had left was creepy and...

First, the good: 1. Location! This is literally right outside the Vatican, and only a couple of blocks from a Metro station. A 5 star location. 2. Pasquale was extremely accommodating in terms of time of check in. I'm sure our late arrival pulled him away from something, but he was friendly and relaxed about it. Gave us good tips...

So, the two upsides of this are that for the price, you get a good location (5 min walk to the Vatican) and the air conditioning works well. The downsides, however, are numerous. First warning, do not book this hotel if you are bigger, taller, or claustrophobic. The shower is literally too small to be called a shower. My stepdad...

From the beginning it has been a pleasure! After booking our dates plans changed needing to stay another night. I contacted Pasquale and he responded very quickly. He told us no problem it will work out. I was also worried about how to get to his place at 10:30 at night. He told me no problem he would have someone...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
