I stayed at this hotel one night before moving over to a much more expensive and prestigious one for business purposes. Moving to what was considered a higher end hotel made me realize what a great bargain La Residenza is!

I have stayed at the Residenza 3 times now, and it remains consistently good. Clean, spacious rooms, bountiful full breakfast buffet each morning, and a front-desk staff that is always willing help with everything from restaurant reservations to taxis.
