Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

The Hotel is in a good spot to discover Rome. The rooms and hotel is clean, modern and nice. The service is very friendly and everything is set for a good stay. Just the ability to have any good view is quite limited due to the Building and Location.

Dear DWGermany, we wish to thank you for your review and for the kind words of appreciation about our services. It is a pleasure to read that you enjoyed your stay and we will be surely happy to welcome you again in the future, positive that we could offer an even better experience. Providing, in fact, also rooms overlooking Via Nazionale, totally immersed in the animated city life, at the time of the booking you will only have to advise us about your preference and we will recommend you the best room among those still available at that time. Thank you again for your feedback, all our staff is waiting for your next visit. Arrivederci, Federico Pacini Hotel Manager

Hello Pepsibeth73! To answer your questions, our TVs are all SMART. Unfortunately there is no NETFLIX but you can navigate on the internet and, once there, enter your own account. Also, we do have a good variety of fresh fruit at breakfast including the grapefruit :)
