We walked from the train station down a narrow street, and stopped in our tracks, smiling, to find the charming hotel in an excellent location. The friendly and professional staff showed us to our room and quickly turned our hotel stay into more like a welcome-home. The room was comfortable and very quite despite the lively street life in the...

We arrived late at night with two exhausted children and we asked on arrival about our rooms. Christian was extremely helpful finding us two better rooms than had been originally allocated as the hotel was quite quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and even provided a personal umbrella for our use one day that was particularly wet! With children we...

Location is excellent but that's not all Hotel Duca D'Alba has going for it. My room was typical of all mid-range European hotel rooms and was very clean. The bathroom is marble and well maintained, clean, and had a tub, which was nice, rather than just a shower. Breakfast was more than ample and the staff were great and extremely...

To sum up this hotel in a few words is impossible Being a solo traveler and this being my first time in Rome I picked this hotel based on how far it was from the colosseum and the metro stops. Arriving late I was met by a very friendly and very handsome reception staff member After a few moments making...

Excellent location, easy to get to underground and walking distance to many attractions. Service at hotel very friendly and good, breakfast very good and rooms perfectly adequate for a few days away. Our room overlooked the bars ect but we never heard any noise as the rooms have good windows.

Cozy hotel closely located next to the Colosseum (about a 7 minute walk). Checking in was straight forward – the rooms are a 5 second walk from reception across the entrance. Rooms and bathroom were clean and nice. Wouldn’t mind staying in this hotel again – it is not a hotel you would want to stay in if you want...

This is a great hotel that's within easy walking distance of a majority of the major sights in Rome. The Coliseum and Forum are 5-10 minutes away, on foot. There are a lot of nice restaurants that are close. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If we go back to Rome, we'll definitely be staying here again.

We had a 4 night stay at the beginning of October 2016 for a 40th birthday, we opted to upgrade our room to include a lovely little balcony. The room itself was sizable considering the size of the building, and very well presented. As far as the staff go, we could not thank Christian enough for his friendly and extremely...
