Good location ...only ten minutes to colosseum. Great cafe at the bottom of the road....handy as hotel breakfast inedible, including worst coffee in Rome. Cracked sink in bathroom. Previously booked a room with a large window however shown to a room which resembled a dungeon. Management were accommodating in transferring our room though. Good local restaurant across the road.

Great to read that our location, met your needs for proximity to all of our local offerings. We are not everyone’s cup of tea, but we tend to rate highly with guests who want to get the most for their dollar, value cleanliness, appreciate genuine hospitality and have done their research. The Tirreno is a modest, family-owned, 3-star rated hotel....

Did not get the room we wanted eventhough we booked 6 months before. Old bread and bad breakfast. Room too small and too much loud from staff in the halls. Only the location is ok. Would not recommand.

Dear 262midi, I am sorry that Hotel Tirreno did not meet your expectations. We offer an enhanced continental breakfast. I understand your disappointment when it is compared to your normal English breakfast but the continental is different unless your accommodations are 4 or 5 star. We are a family owned 3 star hotel and each morning we shop for the...

Location was superb! Clean and good standard. We were three persons in a room. The space in the room was ok but the bed was far to hard! Nice and helpful staff, good spoken english.
