Booked 2 rooms (economy twin's) last July, my room was fine, but my son's room was no more than a cupboard. When he asked to be moved as it was a single room with a camp bed, he was told that that is what an economy room was and they could move him, but it would cost him another

Dear Guest, thank you for your review. We truly do not understand your comments. Your reservation was for two Single rooms WITH EXTRA BED. At check-in we have upgraded one of the two rooms and gave you a Double standard room. We sometimes offer free upgrades if we have superior rooms free on the day. The second room which you did not like was exactly what you had reserved. The extra charge was always 50 euros in total (25 euro per day). Maybe there has been some misunderstanding on this. We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay, we hope that in the future you will choose us again to make you have a memorable experience. We wish you a pleasant day Kindest regards Francesca

The hotel looked overall ok for a short stay because of its proximity to Rome’s main points of interest. However, I would not recommend it to incoming travelers. The key was initially broken, they had to switch our room. The room we were given was quite noisy (because of the

I believe the larger rooms face forward. I emailed the hotel receptionist to find out. The rooms were ok but great for the price we paid. Great location too.

Dear 869meb, The best way to get to the hotel from the airport is with the Leonardo Express if you are arriving at Fiumicino airport. The ticket costs only 14 euros per person and the train brings you directly to Termini (central train station). From there, the hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance. In case you arrive at Ciampino airport the best is by bus at roughly 6 euros per person you can reach Termini train station. All ways take about 45 minutes. Alternatively we can provide a private car service for 55 euros. Kindest regards, Andrea Lasalandra Manager
