Stayed here while working out of Rome for a week. Very basic, no pool, no free water apart from tap water. Not much out door space either. The staff are nice, very basic again. The food is quite expensive. The plus side is the shuttle bus that takes you to the airport and back. But after midnight, you have to...

My wife and I spent two nights at the Hilton Garden Inn Rome before a cruise in late September, 2015. As a frequent Hilton customer and at the Diamond level of the Hilton Hhonors program I received my water, daily breakfast and was given a nice room with balcony. Rooms are ok size (by Europe/Rome standards), clean with a very...

We stayed in this hotel for the last 2 nights of our 2 week trip to Rome and Tuscany. We were very pleased with the service and hotel personnel as well as the location close to the Borghese Gallery. The hotel is in the Italian modern style. The food is good. The hotel staff went out of their way to...

I'd like to start with the positives and the reason I gave three stars. The hotel is in a fairly quiet area, the staff are all friendly and do seem to want to help you, the wifi is free, and there are loads of good restaurants within a 15 minute walk. What isn't so great is that it's quite a...

The hotel is not centrally located, but for visiting it is very good because there are trams or buses directly for all major locations in Rome. The rooms are small, but cosy, with a big and very comfortable bed, big bath. The restaurant is small, but friendly, good breakfast, you can make your own waffle. The staff is nice.

Hotel is nice and clean. There is a local restaurant right outside the front door that was pretty good. Not much local shopping as it is in a business area. We stayed 2 nights with a Globus Tour which included breakfast. The breakfast was great. Small elevators!!! There is a local grocery store close for water etc. Friendly hotel!

This hotel is a little out of the action, but we found the room to be very clean. The breakfast was great for 12 euro, or free with Gold Status. The TV had a couple news channels that were in English which was nice for the mornings. We also ordered room service a couple evenings fairly late and the staff...

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. The staff always had time to explain the places to visit and travel options. The room was fine and the restaurant for breakfast was very good, again with very helpful staff.
