This is a very old fashioned, outdated non-discrete hotel located off a beautiful square on a main road. The Trevi and the Spanish steps are a few minutes walk away, as are many lovely restaurants and villa Borghese and it's magnificent gardens. The staff are absolutely amazing and they are the greatest asset of the modest common areas of the...

Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to review our property. This comment gives me the opportunity to make an announcement to the TripAdvisor community. On 20 February 2017 we reopened the hotel after having completed a refurbishment. Extensive work was carried out to increase our common areas, which were also completely renewed offering guests a welcoming and warm...

What a beautiful boutique hotel! The amenities of the Hotel Barocco are wonderful. The fresh flowers, candies, and handwritten notes were very much appreciated. The hotel itself is centrally located and our room overlooked Piazza Barberini and the Fontana del Tritone. What more could one ask for? The staff was very helpful. Great recommendations and suggestions. We were especially grateful...

My wife and myself chose Barocco Hotel for our four night stay in Rome. Our overall experience was outstanding. Location is prime, the whole staff is super friendly, room was clean all time and the bed was comfy, in addition the breakfast was superb. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Rome.

Our room was on the second floor with windows that opened out to look over Piazza Barberini and the Tritone Fontaine. Magnificent view; central to everything; beautiful room and ensuite; fantastically friendly helpful staff; delicious breakfasts...my husband of 35 years and I fell in love all over again here. 😍 It was an easy walk to all major attractions and...

I last reviewed this hotel in April 2015 - I had stayed on business + a weekend. Since then it's become my go to hotel while in Rome on business ...and most recently for a one week last minute vacation. Everything - location, staff, rooms, breakfast, wifi, amenities is absolutely perfect! The simple double room can be small - but...

Stayed here for 4 nights over New Years! Great hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed and good service. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed our stay. Only thing is the maid came into our room twice randomly without knocking to clean the room. We had a do not disturb sign and our key so wasn't sure why that happened two different people and...

My husband booked this trip for us for a quick get away. We spent a total of 3 nights 4 days in Rome and stayed at this hotel. The staff were awesome and always provided us with great service and recommendations for places to eat and attractions. The hotel itself was nice but small. They provided breakfast for us and...

We stayed at the Hotel Barocco for 4 nights with our 18 month old and would highly recommend. We were struggling with finding a room in central Rome at a reasonable rate with a separate area for putting our baby down for naps and their family suite was perfect. The staff were warm, helpful and friendly; they booked restaurants, sorted...
