We stayed here for three nights at the end of March, start of April. We booked a standard room and the room we stayed in was very big and cleaned regularly. Plenty of wardrobe space and bathroom was a good size. The location is good in that the metro is nearby and a lot of landmarks are within walking distance....

Hotel level is Medium rang, Room was well arranged in Modern style but was tooooo small. Room TV & Wifi was great. The breakfast was very very limited choices of food (mainly bread, cheese & pork mortadella!! ) Location is 5 minutes walking distance from Trevi Fountain and one minute walking from Barberinnni subway station. But there are a lot...

The location for this hotel is excellent as it is around 10 minute walk away from the Metro and within walking distance to the main attractions in Rome, however there are some things which needs some working on. After our first night we woke up itching and with bite-marks therefore we reported this to the Receptionist first thing in the...

My experience was awesome at Hotel Caprice; so close to everywhere and very clean. But most of all I left my boots in the room by mistake, and they helped me with everything to get back my boots. I really recommend this cozy hotel in Rome..

For a 3* hotel I didn't have high expectations but didn't feel we needed anything higher than this for a city break. However we were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were very modern, although very small. Rainfall shower was an absolute delight after a long day of walking around the tourist sights of Rome! The walls are very thin so I would...

We enjoyed our stay at The Caprice. The location was great! Minutes to Trevi, Spanish Steps and many great restaurants. Quiet street, very nice staff. Our room was small but modern and nicely appointed. Breakfast is included but wasn't very good. It was much nicer to go out to a cafe and enjoy an espresso and pastry. Despite that little...

The location of the hotel is great, but this is something that everyone can learn from checking the map. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. However, I can't say the same about the breakfast staff. The room is a little bit gloomy but OK. The trouble was that there is no curtain or glass to keep the shower...

Hotel perfectly placed for viewing the site of Rome. Lovely modern rooms with great breakfast. Staff very helpful. It is really close to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Vatican museum is also really close by and open top bus tour is great value with Colouseum entry and Roman Forum entry included in price for I think itwas 48 euro per...

We stayed in a triple room, three adults. The had 3 proper beds. Great location. Close to Fontana di trevi and pantheon, walking distance. Modern hotel, nice room. Small elevator, difficult if you are disabled. You need to be able to climb some stairs before you can access the elevator.

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
