We felt very welcomed by the friendly, helpful staff. The location was convenient for restaurants and accessing the ancient sites . The room was a reasonable sized - not large but not minuscule. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

For a short stay in Rome before our cruise with Viking, we decided to stay again at the Grand Hotel Flora. And we did the right choice! The service is great, the staff is friendly, the breakfast views on the rooftop terrace are gorgeous. The room was nice and clean, and the bedding was really good. Everything is nearby and...

A very smart, friendly hotel at a very good location in Rome. The hotel has recently been renovated. The rooms are tastefully furnished, comfortable and clean. The breakfast room at the top floor has a magnificent view and serves excellent food.

Nice hotel in the heart of Rome. Walking distance to anywhere. Food is always good in Italy but here was great. The service was good and the hotel was very clean. It a bit overpriced but hey, Rome is Rome

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
