Stayed here for our last night in Rome before our flight out the next morning. What a wonderful hotel for the money. My family of four stayed in a beautiful king room with 2 singles. Plenty of room for us for the night. The breakfast buffet was good and the bar prices are an outstanding value. The corner pizza joint...

We stayed here a few months ago with our daughter and were very impressed. The room was enormous with a king size bed and separate single around a corner. The bathroom was spacious with a good range of toiletries. We enjoyed a lovely buffet breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a ten minute walk...

When my travelling days are over and I work out my favourite hotels, this will be in my top 10 without a doubt. I first stayed here on a package tour back in 1998. It has since become where I stay in Rome and this was my 5th trip bringing with me numerous members of my family who have been...

Located close to the prime station, this is a good walk away from the main tourist attractions like the Colosseum & Trevi fountain. Rooms are quite, cozy & clean. We had two rooms to us & it seemed every room had different kind of furniture, layout & fittings. Warm little lobby, separate breakfast room & very unique finish elevator which...

Pinch me I'm in heaven. I overheard a young American guest saying at breakfast. I have to agree with her. This is as good as it gets an oasis of tranquillity in the hustle and bustle of a vibrant city . If your booking this hotel you have got your holiday off to good start. Relax and enjoy this fabulous...

Very nice and clean. We loved this place. Definetely recommend. Breakfast was one of the best during our trip in Italy, with good selection of dairy. Rooms were beautiful. We have rented a car and left it on blue parking place nearby. Well, if your lucky enough you can park infront on whiten line for free.

The minuses: - too hot in the room. No way to control the AC. Ir no AC. - no fridge. Not even a bar - the walls are scratched - the wardrope is smelling and no drawers or shelves in it to put your t-shirts or underware. - only one pair of slipers for two guests - the cold water...

We really loved this hotel - fantastic location 7min walk to Termini and 2min around to nearest metro. Large room which was perfect for two adults and one child - the best bed on our whole trip! But the best bit was the breakfasts which were amazing! Also appreciated the friendly service and the late afternoon snacks in the downstairs...

We loved this hotel. It was the second time we stayed here. Close enough that you can drag your bags from the main train station but not for people out of shape. Close to the Metro and a really nice sized room for Europe standards. The lift is very old and the tiniest I have ever been in. Two people...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
