Dear EUROtrip2017, we apologize for the issue, we will do our best to avoid it in the future. The station is at 200 metres by walk, there is no need to take a taxi to go there.
The hotel was about 400 yards from termini Station, Repubblica Metro and square which are about a 3 minute walk away. This made it perfect for our sight seeing trip around Rome.
Our room was large, clean, en suite, air conditioned (Though wasn't the strongest)....More
The hotel was Really easy to find from being dropped off at the train station. It is pretty basic and really just gives you a bed and base for a few nights in Rome nothing fancy. The breakfast wasn't great but I'm not a fan...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
