Well located...from Termini you can arrive in 19 minutes on foot or one metro stop.
The staff's strong point: compared to a previous visit a few years ago, I report a clear improvement in the service and the quality of the products served for breakfast.
Extremely competent staff ready to make you feel at home. At the reception the lady who looked after us answered all our questions and quickly resolved the small inconveniences typical of every holiday... mea culpa I didn't ask her name. But for the breakfast I thank Anica and Mario for their kindness and friendliness..
See you next time in the Eternal City

The rooms I've stayed in are a little bit tired, but they contained everything I needed.
Breakfast was an additional charge, I only sampled this once as I didn't think the breakfast was worth the additional charge.
The staff are the best thing about the hotel, they have been excellent whenever I've stayed.
The breakfast buffet is small but has everything you need and so the hotel's price-performance ratio is really very good!

The included breakfast with my rate plan was very good and included scrambled eggs, ham and cheese, toast, a good selection of pastries, coffee, and juices. The breakfast service staff was excellent.
The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. All of the employees seemed to be multi lingual. It was very convenient for Uber rides. It was also easy to walk to a variety of tourist locations in the area. Maid service was excellent and the room was cleaned daily.
The room had a smaller flat screen television with Italian channels. There were two beds in the room that could be combined to make a king size bed. The beds were firm but very comfortable. There are two small elevators for the four floors and a sitting room on the first floor. The Wi-Fi worked quite well and I had no trouble streaming things with it. There are a large number of restaurants within very easy walking distance, some about one minute.
I would definitely stay here again.

The price in my opinion was a little overpriced, probably because it was the season, now I see a more adequate cost on the site. Overall, we enjoyed it, we'd like to thank the staff for having a nice time, and we hope to return for a longer stay if we get to Rome.
The location, a few steps from Termini station, is rather vintage, but well maintained and a witness to "ancient glories".
My room, not excellent in size, was clean (daily room cleaning service), with a modernized bathroom equipped with well-made linen, hairdryer, large shower and liquid soap dispensers.
The only flaw is the welcome kit, which lacks toothbrush and toothpaste and disposable slippers (a four-star hotel should take care of these details).
The bed, placed against a wall, had a comfortable mattress, two pillows of different consistencies and scented, well-made linen.
The furniture was rather dated (the wooden door of the minibar had a loose hinge which did not allow it to be closed) but overall functional and made the room welcoming.
Negative note for the fixtures, unfortunately they did not guarantee complete soundproofing of the rooms.
Worthy of note are the staff, professional, attentive to the needs of customers, always helpful and kind, and the breakfast, for which I would like to say words of praise. I can't judge the savory area, having always oriented myself towards sweet, even if it seemed well stocked and with fresh, quality products.
As regards the dessert area, you can taste fresh stuffed croissants (filled with custard or chocolate), but above all the traditional Maritozzo with cream (delicious, filled with a frothy and very sweet cream), to move on to apple pie, fruit tart, muffins, pancakes, jams...
Both the cappuccino and the espresso are very good and creamy at the right point.
The breakfast rooms are large, with refined equipment and furnishings.
Overall a more than positive opinion of the structure, but above all of the staff and the breakfast. Well done.

Satisfactory room also in the bathroom.
Efficient cleaning and reception service.
Breakfast appreciated and very varied in both sweet and savory.
Great value for money.
"This is definitely a budget friendly hotel but a decent size room. Ac was cold, the water pressure was strong, there is a mini fridge too!"Read full review
