Stayed at this hotel 4 nights before a cruise. It defines the term "Great Location" !! We walked out of the front door to many wonderful sites. The helpful staff gave us early check in. Room was ok but we were barely there. Nice daily breakfast.

My girlfriend and I have just returned from a three day break to Rome for her birthday and we were aware of the highly rated views of this hotel. All I can say, is that the hotel was fantastic and the reviews are spot on. The room was clean, well appointed and was more than satisfactory for a city break....

The hotel is situated in the main street of Rome, 5 minutes from the Trevi Fountain, around the corner from the Pantheon and within walking distance of Colosseum., central to everything. The bus stop for The Vatican is straight across the road. While the rooms are small they are quite adequate and spotlessly clean, Despite being in the middle of...

Two night stay at hotel Regno in mid Jan. Location fantastic, 5mins to Trevi fountain & Pantheon, on via coral which has plenty shops if that's of interest to u in Rome. Routine continental breakfast, excellent staff and courteous service. We stayed in room 350 which has a balcony (great for smokers!), small adjoining room with sofa and extra wardrobe...

Had a great stay at the Regno, although the rooms are a little tired and the walls paper thin the location of this hotel completely outweighs any negatives. The staff were all very pleasant and nothing was to much trouble, the breakfast was ample with a good choice of meat, cheese , cereals toast etc. As has been mentioned before...

Great hotel. Excellent location. Bus 175 from Termini stops right by the hotel. Central to all the main sights. We walked everywhere. 5 minutes from Trevi and the Pantheon. 30 minutes to Vatican City & the Colosseum. Yes the rooms are small & a little noisy but it is the middle of the city. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, the...

I travelled with my mother to Rome in December, she had stayed at this hotel before and sent other people there too. I can not believe what a fantastic all round hotel this is, and would now recommened to people too. We stayed on the 2nd floor over-looking the main road, with their double windows we did not have a...

You couldn't ask for a better location. 10 minutes from all the major sites: Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps. You can walk everywhere, including public transportation. Staff very helpful. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome.

Even in the pre-planning stages the hotel staff was so helpful. I was concerned about the best way to get from the airport to the hotel as I had never been to Rome before. This was a good thing that I knew from the hotel there should be a flat rate because the taxi drivers at the airport were more...

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
