Hotel Regno is an excellent place to stay while in Rome. The location is perfect. Just a couple of minutes walk to Trevi Fountain. Most places of interest in Ancient Rome are within walking distance. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is clean and they provide a great breakfast with Cappucinnos. Every time we go to Rome this is...

We stayed with a group of friends at this hotel (Oct 29-Nov 1, 2014) and were very pleased. It is centrally located with shops, restaurants and landmarks within walking distance. The included breakfast was more than adequate. It had plenty of fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, meats, cheese, pastry, etc. The coffee was freshly made and very good. The rooms are...

Spent 3 nights at Hotel Regno at the beginning of the month with friends, our rooms were at the front and had a connecting balcony which was useful. Concerns about noise from Via del Corso were allayed as soon as the balcony doors were shut. The rooms were clean and large enough for our short stay. Only downside was that...

Have just returned from a three night stay at this hotel (11th to 14th November) Great hotel, within easy walking distance from most of the attractions, plenty of places to eat. The breakfast is plentiful and a nice choice. The staff are excellent nothing seemed to much trouble for them. They make you feel very welcome, and are very helpful....

When you arrive do not be put off by the small door to the hotel on the very busy Via del Corso. Once inside you are greeted in a very small reception area ( no lounge area). However, once taken to our room on the third floor by the small lift, you suddenly realise that, in fact, this is quite...

We flew with British Airways on a trip to Rome and couldn't have wished for a better hotel in a great location - perfectly located on Via del Corso and within a few minutes walk of Trevi Fountain and other major attractions. The hotel is small and friendly and our room on the first floor was more than adequate. It...

We stayed at Hotel Regno for 2 days before our cruise in October. We chose this location because it was within walking distance of many places in Rome that we wanted to visit. The rooms are quite large and comfy, with big windows and huge bathrooms. The buffet breakfast was pretty good: good selection of pastries, fresh fruits and specialty...

Returned to the hotel Reno in mid Oct for 3 nights, after about 7 years, have visited Rome on many other occasions, but this time decided to return the Regno. Allocated a small room , which we knew about, and it is small. If you are a large person or are not very mobile, these rooms are not for you....

This hotel is perfectly positioned . It is within easy walking distance to most of the tourist destinations as well as great restaurants and fashion outlets. Our room was very small but for one night it was manageable . The shower on the otherhand was a nightmare. It was the tiniest I have ever seen and the shower curtain did...

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
