Perfect location , for seeing the sites of Rome . Although our twin room was on the small side , it was perfectly adequate for our four night stay, room was on at the front of the hotel on the busy street, we didn't have a problem durning the day with noise , as out site seeing and didn't notice...

This is a nice small hotel with good location. Rooms are small but tidy. The breakfast was a disaster on both mornings. You had to queue in line for 20minutes in order to get in. After that you had to struggle to get the waiters to notice you in order the any drinks.

Just about 150 m away from the Trevi Fountain, situated on a busy shopping street, this was the perfect location for a couple of nights in Rome. We walked everywhere from here- 10 mins to Pantheon, 25 mins to Coliseum and Roman Forum, 10 min to Spanish Steps and about 40 mins to Vatican. 8 Euros in a taxi to...

Surprise for my husband stayed birthday. stayed 19th to 22nd January 2017. Booked through British airways. Stayed I room 664 at the side of the hotel with views of rooftops. Accessible via lift or stairs to 6th floor. I don't think it's worth paying extra for a balcony as you spend so little time in the room as there is...

My first visit to Rome with a friend who had been before. We were extremely happy with the Hotel Regno. We had a small but perfectly comfortable twin room which was very quiet apart from the odd pigeon and seagull! The continental breakfast was very good with bowls of fresh melon or pineapple and a choice of other fruit as...

This hotel is in the centre of the main shopping street of Rome. It is close to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Victor Emmanuel Momument. You can walk to almost everything else. The room was spacious and overlooked the street, with nice windows to open. Nice duvets on the beds. Bathroom was clean and spacious enough. Desk and Tv included....

This hotel is ideally situated for all the main sites in Rome. It is well equipped and very clean, the décor is getting a bit dated but that does not impact on the service of quality of accommodation. We did find the beds in the twin room a little narrow and on the hard side but after a long day...

Well, where do I begin. I planned a surprise 3 night stay here at this hotel for my other half as it was her birthday and wasn't sure what to expect. We first arrived and the were greeted so warmly by the staff at the desk and they even took our bags up to the room. The gentlemen showed us...

The hotel is superbly located less than 100 m from the Trevi fountain. It is within walking distance of the Colosseum and Roman Forum as well (15 min). The staff were all very accommodating, greeting us whenever we left or entered the hotel. The concierge even assisted us with taking or bags up to our room which was very helpful...

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
