A group tour to Italy. This hotel does have airport pick up service but due to customs and luggage we missed the driver and had great difficulty with public phone to try to reach hotel as their instructions stated. Ended up taking public bus with an 8 block walk with luggage. The hotel needs to improve its pick up service....

Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. However for a four star hotel I would have expected tea and coffee making facilities. Also the bar did not open until 7.00 pm and seemed to lack any ambiance. All of this was nothing when compared to its location. 10 min walk to St Peter's and a short tai ride, or 20 min...

Very pleased with a couples type holiday staying here for six nights. There may be minor differences between similar rooms but essentially they are adequately sized (for europe they are good sized), used but not worn out, clean and pleasant, nice attention from the staff who are pleasant at all times. For us the quality of the Wifi was perfect...

I loved this place. It is modern yet has the roman charm. Starting with location: a 7 min walk to the Vatican city and 2 mins to bus / tram stops. Very close the metro station too so public transport is not a problem. Enough eating joints and shopping near by so you need not worry at all. The hotel...

Booked a triple room with my son and grandson. Firstly the hotel provides a free shuttle from Fuimincino Airport so that is a great start. Hotel nice but alittle tired, needs a bit of a refurb. This did not spoil our stay however. Well located near the Vatican and a short walk to Rome centre. Would revisit if in Rome...

This hotel is very close to the Vatican and other main tourist attractions, yet just far enough away to be just off the main tourist trail. The staff are all very friendly and happy in their work. The breakfast is very good and there is plenty of choice. The rooms were of a very reasonable standard large and the bathroom...

Stayed for 4 nights in June. Clean, comfortable with free wi-fi and right at the Vatican. Room was smaller then we expected but the adequate size. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is little far from the city center but it was not a problem at all. Lots of great dining options right by the hotel and minimarket...

The best destination for a tour to Vatican. It is clean and the staff is very helpfull. The breakfast has big variety - i loved croassants but it is a little bit expensive. The only bad was that at the last day the elevator was out of order and we had to carry our baggages by the stairs.

Best thing about this hotel is it's location, near the vatican and an easy walk to public transportation (rome is very easy to walk). Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good. We had a triple room which was spacious and comfortable. Cleaning service was good.

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
