This is a very pleasant Hotel situated close to the Vatican. The Hotel is also nicely situated for the hop on hop off bus stops. It is an ideal location to explore the city by bus or on foot. The staff are excellent & the Hotel is very well run. A hidden treasure in Rome.

We loved this hotel as it was within walking distance to the Vatican and main streets with lots of shops and restaurants. Our room was very clean with an excellent view. The staff were so terrific and eager to assist. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean & comfortable hotel. Staff efficient & friendly. .When we were there maintenence work was being carried out, but impact on our visit. The location is ideal for the Vatican,Castell Angelo and a short walk across the bridge to Piazza Navonna. Would certainly stay here again on next visit to Rome

We had a great stay, the hotel was clean, the staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. The hotel is a short walk from the Vatican and close to a variety of restaurants. We were picked up from the airport and given a packed breakfast on the morning we had to be out early so missed the normal...

Booked this because it had descent reviews, was affordable, and in a good spot near the Vatican. It's also not far from castle sant Angelo. Overall, it was fine. We really only needed a place to lay our head. It was clean and had a nice bathroom. However, MH and I are noticing a theme that ACs don't seem to...

We came for a city break me, my husband and 2 children (9 and 1) The hotel is spotless, yes it looks old and the fabric on the walls was a little strange but we loved it! The lift was the smallest I've ever seen but it got us all to the 3rd floor no problems. Breakfast was simple but...

We had a lovely 3 night stay here as a gift from our children for Christmas. The Hotel is spotless, staff were very helpful and friendly. The Jacuzzi in the room was a real bonus. As it was out of season, the bar wasn't open at night but, the lovely gentleman on reception made an exception on our last night...

We stayed for 7 days. The location was very close to the Vatican and the Metro. The room was clean, the breakfast buffet and the price were great. It was an older hotel but charming and in good condition. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Very convenient. We recommend it

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
