Very friendly and helpful owner, the room was clean and with air conditioning, fresh bathroom with shower. We were three persons and we liked it. Very good wifi connection. 3 minutes to St Peter, 10 min to the Vatican museum, 15-20 to Piazza Navona. Recommended!

I stayed at Rome ApartHotel on a business trip for 5 nights. The room was very nice, clean and spacious with a very comfortable double bed with chair and table to work from. The free wifi was by far the fastest (I clocked it at 35MB/s) I have ever had at a hotel/B&B which was great for work and/or streaming....

Right from the starting , we had a pleasant interaction with Umberto ( owner of the place ). He arranged for our airport pick up and he gave us 2 set of keys to access the rooms. Cristina helped us with the breakfast which was standard. The B&B is just facing the Vatican wall , within 5 minutes walk one...

We were still in Greece when Umberto e-mail us asking if we need airport to hotel transportation, so I send him the info of our arrival. Arrived at the hotel was impressed by the cleanliness and the amenities that are there. The hotel is right across the Vatican and the Basilica. Very nice and near a lot of restaurants (il...

Very close to Vatican! Nice big breakfast and clean room. They provided kettle for your convenient too. Umberto was awaiting for us when we arrive and he helped with our luggages since there is no elevator. I don't mind staying here again but minus the large luggage..poor Umberto, he must has to carry those luggages up and down for so...

Beautiful, clean room with good breakfast and delightful staff. Very accommodating. Basically across the street from the Vatican. Only downside for me, having bad knees, is the stairs. We simply made one trip daily up and down. I didn't realize that Europeans label the ground floor as zero, so their third floor is the fourth floor to me. Location, condition,...

Stayed here for 3 nights and I was a bit worried at first as I normally am when staying places! Struggled a bit finding it at first as it is located between cafes and shops. Had to walk up 6 flights of stairs but I didnt mind at all (Kind of needed the exercise after all the food and drink!)....

It fulfilled everything that it was expected to and much more. Breakfast in bed also worked as wake up call. Very friendly service, large room and good value. Only problem, it's located on the third floor and has no elevator service. Great for romantic weekends.

We stayed here for 4 nights in September and found the location to be handy. There are bus hears by and St Peters Basillica is a five minute walk away, unfortunately we did not have a view of this from our room. The room was clean and modern, with a TV (BBC World is the only English channel). You can...

We rented this apartment (turned into hotel room) from Miriam for a couple nights and had an excellent experience. Miriam was so accommodating. She provided us with an amazing breakfast each morning and provided us with assistance in carrying our bags up to the 3rd floor. I thought that this would be an issue, but it was trivial in comparison...
