The hotel is very good. Good breakfast, nice staff and check in 24 hours. You can walk to center old city, coliseum without taxi or metro. Vatican is 10m walking. I will stay there again in my next trip to Rome.

Just home from a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. It's located midway between the two metro stations Lepanto and Ottoviano and is less than 15 minutes walk to St. Peters. We stayed in the spacious suite which could have accomodated 6 ! High spec room with lovely toiletriesand rain shower. Andrea and Loris were so helpful and printed off... More

Trendy and cool boutique style small hotel. Great location, about 10 minutes walk to the Vatican and about 35 mins walk to the Colosseum. Everything in Rome is walkable if you don't mind a bit of walking! Breakfast was excellent - small but perfectly formed and quality food. The staff there couldn't do enough for you. Free wifi. We have just returned from two weeks in Rome, have had time to reflect, and have come to the conclusion that this is a fabulous little hotel. It is tricky to find, but our taxi driver dropped us off right at the door, and the sign was very visible on the left of the massive door. The hotel is on... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your lovely words, your review just exactly reflects our atmosphere. Effectively, Inside Prati area surrounded with restaurants, coffee shops, wine bar, but still between the most popular place to visit, you can breath the essence of the city. I would add we are very glad to welcome you again for your next trip to Rome.... More

What a fantastic hotel! My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights with her parents as part of their Golden Wedding Anniversary present. So glad that we chose this hotel. It was in a great part of town, a little of the beaten track but well served by the Metro (Lepanto is about a 2 minute walk away), buses... More

We were there for a couple of days, for a marriage of a friend. If you manage to find the right offer, this hotel has one of the best price/quality ratio one could ever find in Rome. Ideally located near the Vatican and quite close to the metro stop. In a nice area of Rome, with good restaurants nearby. The... More

This non-descript hotel is nestled in a building that houses condos, law offices and medical offices. Its conveniently located no more than 10 minutes walk from the Vatican and less than 5 minutes from the Metro. This small boutique hotel is very modern; it has a walk-in shower, firm matress, wi-fi and breakfast is included. The staff is super friendly,... More

Very nice hotel. Strange entrance like a appartment. Old building but very nice hotel. Very nice rooms big and clean. Breakfast was very nice and nice view from there. Is not so close to old Rome but I like to walk. Near no so much food and markets.

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
