Where to start?! Well, it is very much a case of appearances being deceptive because hidden behind a small plaque next to a large door is this wonderful little place. We were greeted by Livio who showed us round and gave us our keys. The room was spacious, very clean and very welcoming. The bathroom was equally well equipped and...

We stayed for 6 nights at the Peace of Rome, and were very pleased with our room. We found the Peace of Rome, just that - peaceful. The reception desk does not have anyone there for long periods, but the staff are there to greet you, so let them know when you are arriving. The staff were great, very helpful,...

I found the rooms to be comfortable and clean, but the staff is what really made me pleased with this hotel. They were willing to answer all questions and well, they were just really cool. Air conditioned rooms saved us!

Situated in a lovely part of the city, just off the tourist trail, A Peace of Rome is the ideal place to stay for the real Rome experience without the hordes. The room was beautiful with air-conditioning, comfortable bed, great shower and plenty of space. Livio, Daniele and Simona couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. I think the rates...

A Warm welcome with an excellent induction into Rome ensuring we made the most of our time there. With a bus service 2 mins away taking you into Rome City Centre it was perfect. The room was spacious clean in a beautiful complex, in a quiet part of Rome. We were able to eat fantastic food with there being a...

We stayed at A Peace of Rome for 3 nights in August and were very impressed by the lovely staff and the larger than usual rooms. It is situated right next door to a Lego shop and we were greeted by a lovely lady who helped us with a local map and advice on our itinerary. Our room was beautiful...

Fantastic nights stay, great location, clean and very quant. The only issue is finding the place but thereafter it's the perfect place to stay in Rome for a great price, close to the underground. Loved the old fashioned lift!

My boyfriend and I have just spent 3 nights at a peace of Rome and I can't speak highly enough about it. In regards to service in relation to price, this BnB is 5 star without a doubt. It had everything we needed and the staff were only too happy to help. On arrival, we were met by Simone who...

Let me start by saying that my 2 days stay at 'A Peace of Rome' was nothing but exhilarating. I reached the property & was greeted by a courteous Simona who not only came down to greet us but also helped us to chalk out our itenary for the next 2 days. The double bed room we had was lovely...

We stayed at a Peace of Rome for a week at the beginning of August and we absolutely loved it. We had a huge room with a lovely bathroom, fridge, excellent TV with loads of channels and tea and coffee. There was plenty of wardrobe space and the beds were very comfy, we both slept very well (and then barely...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
