Well this was absolutely superb. Luca and his son were beyond kind and helpful, welcoming and attentive. Great location, the room was perfectly adequate, and in a safe neighbourhood. Our trip to Rome was wonderful. However footsore and weary, we were relieved to return here knowing Luca had made reservations for dinner at nearby restaurants, which was great. Just what...

The suites could not easily accommodate my large family, so Luca arranged for us to stay in an apartment building he owns and rents out in Trastevere. It was clean and so much better than I had expected, it was in a fabulous location and we really got the full Italian experience. Luca and Andrea went above and beyond to...

This B&B is a little gem hidden away in a classical appartment building. It made a lovely change from hostelling which we had been doing for the past 3 weeks backpacking around Europe to be welcomed personally and helped to our room with our huge bags. The room was a generous size with nice touches such as tea and coffee...

I stayed at Rome Armony Suites with my friend from August 27th-30th 2013. We had a wonderful time! Andrea and his dad Luca are very helpful and they really go out of their way to make sure that your stay is comfortable. When my friend and I were going out for dinner one night in Rome, Luca called the restaurant...

This B&B is a wonderful and modern contrast to the classic surroundings. The entrance to the building faces Via Orazio and the B&B is located on the 3rd floor of that building. Unfortunately, we had a very difficult time finding it because there were no signs directing us towards the B&B. We were later told by the owner that he...

We stayed at The Rome Armony Suites for three nights in August. The day we arrived Luca had arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport, a wonderful feeling even though our flight was delayed the driver was there. Luca met us at his place and gave us all the information we needed and when he found out...

This was a wonderful start to our 20th anniversary trip. We selected this property specifically due to TripAdvisor reviews and we were more than thrilled with the result. From the moment that the driver brought us to the Armony Suites, we were treated like royalty! Luca was waiting for us outside to greet us. He also gave us a wonderful...

The friendliness and customer service my husband and I experienced here is unparalleled. We arrived a bit late due to train issues, and Luca was waiting to greet us at the front desk. With very little time to spare before our tour of the Vatican, he directed us (via google earth/maps) to the best sandwich shop EVER. The shop was...

Stayed here in February - it was brilliant - Luca is the perfect host and recommended all the best places to go. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Rome. Can't wait to go back.

There is definitely a reason why this place was the 2012 and 2013 winner of B&Bs in Rome! Luca was so incredibly helpful during our 3-night 3-day stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great. The room had a mini-fridge (though unfortunately we did not realize until the day we were leaving). The place was in a...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.

“Make use of the free mobile phone service. This had many useful items of information as well as acting as a local hotspot for internet access both in the apartments as well as when out and about. It included free phone calls (incoming and outgoing) but also a direct 24hr concierge call facility (Luca).”
