The location of this B&B is excellent and with Luca's help, he makes Rome so accessible. He gave extra hints on how to enjoy Rome in the short time we had and his recommendations for dinner made the evenings extra special. The room was very comfortable and clean and when we needed his assistance he was only a call away....

We chose Armony Suites for its perfect location and the fabulous Luca - and everyone is right on both counts! Our double with ensuite was not large but it was super efficient and we loved it. Luca is the ultimate host who goes the extra mile for "his friends" and that makes your holiday in Rome very special. This location...

On our arrival, Luca greeted us as though we were old friends. Although we came at an awkward hour, he insisted that breakfast was still available. Understanding that we were jet-lagged, he walked us to the café where we enjoyed a delicious cappuccino and a light meal. We have never been treated so graciously or with so much kindness at...

Like many other people who have stayed at the Armony Suites me and my wife had read the reviews on Trip Advisor which helped us make our mind up. All I can say is that we were not disappointed and it lived up to everything we expected. The apartments themselves are nice and what you'd expect for a city break....

I tried to book a stay at Rome Armony Suites, but unfortunately Luca told me he was booked. He told me about an apartment building he also rented in a nice neighborhood, Trastevere, as another option. We had read the reviews about how wonderful Luca was, and decided to go for it and stay here. The place was wonderful!!!! Felt...

This is our 2nd visit to Rome & our 2nd staying with Luca - for us there is nowhere else to stay. We cannot recommend this B&B highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble for Luca or Andrea. They go out of their way to accommodate any requests you may have. We wanted to take a trip to Anzio to...

My wife and I stayed here in Sept on our trip through Italy. It was a great start to the vacation. Luca was on top of every e-mail and communication we sent. We arranged car service with Luca to pick us up at the airport. After long trip from US, all you want is an easy trip to your room....

Our family group spent 2 nights at the Armory Suites while visiting Rome. It is easy to see how passionate Lucca is about his lovely B&B and for making his guests feel comfortable. He met us at the main entrance and greeted us with warmth and lots of humor! The B&B is actually on the 3rd floor of a lovely...

If you want to live like a local in the most convenient location, then book your Rome accommodation at Armony Suites. We had the best time! Lucca made us feel very welcome. He has a warm and pleasant manner and makes you feel as though you are staying with a friend rather than at a hotel. Lucca gave us great...

Sept. 3-5: Me and my niece were on a 10 day Italy tour to Rome and the Amalfi coast so we decided that we were gonna add a few days to our trip to see Florence and Venice . The location was great, easy to get around and perfectly safe. Our room was always nice and clean, exception of no...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.

“Make use of the free mobile phone service. This had many useful items of information as well as acting as a local hotspot for internet access both in the apartments as well as when out and about. It included free phone calls (incoming and outgoing) but also a direct 24hr concierge call facility (Luca).”
