We stayed here for 3 nights and thought it was really good for the price we paid. It was a small guest house with only 6 bedrooms. We weren't expecting to get any breakfast but we got something, simple but still an added bonus. It was in a really good location too for the colosseum and other locations. Metro and...

It's a really nice place in the center of Rome! It's localization is great at an affordable price. We had a great time there! Only problem was there wasn't air conditioning... Which is an issue in Rome at the month of June.. But otherwise I really do recommend it!

Stay away! Not sure where to start with this one. The room is small and hot. Oh so hot. The aircon makes a lot of noise bit that's about it. The toilet seat was broken, as was the bin and there was only one plug socket in the entire room. If you wanted to complain about any of this, the...

B&B is located in a central location and within walking distance to main attractions The rooms are very basic but has free WIFI! The breakfast consists of fruit yogurt tea and coffee. Would stay again as its good value for money.

The buildings in these area of Rome are two or tree square blocks of the usual we are familiar here in the USA. Big gates, and by the frame of the entrance there were listed at least 6 different hotels, so unique! We where located on the 5th floor with a tiny elevator capable to pulling 250 kilos at a...

We stayed in this hotel on 22nd July 2015 and considering my experience, I didn't want to wait for even a day to write a review. I booked this hotel after reading all the tripadvisor reviews. The hotel is located centrally (5 mins from termini station), but it was very difficult to locate. It is on 5th floor of a...

Esedra Inn is very centrally located just a 5-10 minutes walk form Termini station and easy to find. It is situated on the 5th floor on a block with several other hotels / b+b but the rooms are quiet despite being on a busy street. We arrived just before 2pm but nobody answered the door on the street, fortunately another...

Best part about the hotel is the location. Safe and walking distance to all major attractions. We arrived late at night and had an employee meet us outside and tell us we would not be staying at the esedra inn, but at another hotel in the same building. When we asked why, he would not tell us, only kept saying...

My partner & I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it was brilliant. Everything about it is 10/10. When I first walked into the room I thought WOW! It was immaculate. Very spacious with a huge big comfy bed. Two televisions one of which you can watch while you have a Jacuzzi bath. The shower was also great...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
