My husband and I stayed for a week at this B&B, and had a wonderful stay. We arrived to find that we had been upgraded to a bigger room at no extra cost, which had a big balcony overlooking the garden. The room was clean and nicely presented, and the building was very secure. The location was better than expected...

We stayed here whilst visiting Rome for 5 days. Emmanuelle is extremely helpful, upon his recommendation we have enjoyed wonderful food. The B&B itself is spotlessly clean, just what we wanted! We've had very good breakfast provided by Emmanuelle and nothing was too much trouble, the room is well appointed and very comfortable, great wifi access too. The metro isn't...

This b&b is absolutely lovely. It's close to the tram and metro (train) to anywhere in Rome and the guy who runs it Emanuele is the nicest guy I've met. Me and my boyfriend forgot to bring a couple of things but he did everything he could to help. It was my birthday and my boyfriend and him planned a...

Emanuele the owner of the B&B, was awesome. Welcomed us with an ice cold local beer and a map of the city of room. Enjoyed our breakfast on the private balcony. Metro was just a few blocks away. Awesome experience!

We had a fantastic experience here, the room was clean and spacious and it was lovely to enjoy breakfast on our own private balcony. Great location, 20minutes walk from the Colosseum and Forum or 5minute walk to the metro. Emanuele was fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Its great value for money and we will definitely be back.

Emanuele's B&B is in an excellent location only a few metro stops from the central station, and only a 5min walk from the nearest metro stop. Emanuele was a hugely helpful, lovely host - on arrival he provided us with an excellent map and pointed out all the main attractions, easy ways to get there, where to go and also...

We had the most pleasant stay in Rome. The room was great, good sized and with a little balcony. Emanuele is very friendly, and will do anything within his reach to provide a positive experience in Rome. Location is great, just close to the Metro A line and a tram line that goes straight to the Colosseum (no need to...

Emmanuele was a fantastic host. Really nice and easygoing. He provided us with a map that he'd bought for us, and didn't even collect the 3 euros from us. Breakfast is provided everyday and comes in very generous portions, at 8.45am. We skipped breakfast on 2 days because we had early bookings but Emmanuele gave us generous portions of packed...

Even though some people complain about the size of the rooms, for me and my boyfriend was just perfect. We stayed in "Colosseum Room", with a nice medium size balcony where we could stay up late drinking wine and enjoying "dolce fare niente". I recommend this bed and breakfast for couples, for one or like us 5 days. Breakfast was...
