We have been there the last week end for 2 nights. Very nice and very very clean appartment. Rooms are very big with nice bathroom ( we also had a big balcony ) ! Italian ambiance ! We really love the concept of the appartment ! Italian Breakfast ( Italian coffee, traditionnal biscuits, juice, milk..all what you need :)).). You...

We stayed here 4 nights and it was perfect. The location to public transportation into Rome and its location, literally, next to the Vatican could not have been better. The room was immaculate. Tiziana and Paola met us at the B & B during our arrival as they do not live on the premises. It is an apartment building with...

I visited Rome for the first time last week and I must say that choosing to stay at the B&B of Porta Fabbrica was pivotal in rendering our stay even more pleasant. The B&B is small and intimate, the room was clean, spacious and most comfortable. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of sweet and savoury selections. The location...

This B&B is run out of a 4 room apartment building in a somewhat modern and safe residential area. close to Vatican City and faraway from everything else. This is OK if you like to walk, like us, or spend time on buses which we never did. Owners were nice during the short time we saw them. They don’t live...

We are very sorry that our nice guests didn’t have a good stay in our B & B. Nice guests but perhaps a bit naive since they lost their plane and also their luggage It also took about 5 hours for them to get from the airport to our B & B. We were worried about it and this was...

We've spend 5 days in the B&B, using 2 rooms, everyone very appreciated how tidy, clean and minimalistic the rooms were. The road is very quiet, especially compared to everywhere else in the city, and is so close to all the Vatican sights, for the rest, a 5 min walk to the tube, that takes you almost everywhere else you...

The ladies running this are very hospitable and clean the rooms very well. They provide you with a small breakfast in the morning, as well as juice and cheese on your personal shelf in the fridge according to your room. The location is really only a stone's throw from Vatican City but still cozy. Definitely recommending to friends!

We (two female students) wanted to visit Rome in detail but without stress. For this purpose "La Fabbrica di San Pietro" was perfect! It is situated near the Vatican and therefore very safe and quiet. You can easily reach the historic city centre by bus, metro or by foot. Our room was very tidy and comfortable, both room and bathroom...

the positives: 1. the room/bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. unlike most places who pushed 2 twins together for a double, it was an actual double bed. breakfast was included which consists of mini rolls, mini italian biscuit-like toasts, cookies, juice, yogurt, milk, tea/coffee. there's tv and fan. there's an aircon but no remote so we couldn't use...

We visited Rome at short notice in September and found this special B&B via a recommendation from another B&B listed in the Lonely Planet Guide. Tiziana and Paola were very friendly and helpful even with my initial online and telephone enquiries (I used google-translate to email them in Italian and to de-code their Italian replies!!) They offered prompt, informative and...

Very helpful hosts, who even provided us with a picnic breakfast when we had to get up at the crack of dawn for a day trip to Pompeii! Very convenient location (short walk to Vatican, easy bus routes into the centre), and a clean and spacious room. Just to give a balanced review, the one downside was that there's not...
