All my rooms are air-conditioned, and there is no extra fee to pay for its use. I'll tell you more: because my house is very fresh in the summer if you decide don't use it you'll get a discount !:-)

There is no off street parking at Adele's B&B in Rome and the traffic is terrible. We had rented a car in Munich, traveled to outside Florence , where we needed a car. We took Adele's suggestion not to bring a car turned our car in, in Florence and took the train to Rome.
It was very easy go use Italian public transportation close to Adele's for adventures in Rome. Adele herself kindly provides all guests with maps, her unique knowledge of Rome and suggestions how to get around Rome. The bus and tram are approx 2 blocks from her B&B and easily accessible and relatively inexpensive to all of Rome. We also took the hop on hop off bus in Rome (recommend the Red one, never the Green one!
If it is your personal auto, and you need a car after leaving Rome you may want to park it outside of Rome, travel by train to Rome and back to your auto
after your Rome adventure.
I would not use a car in Rome, ever!
Have a great trip! Good luck!

unfortunately it is not possible to separate the king bed, but surely we can add a single bed in the rooms and not have problems of space;-)
Thank you very much for your interest to my b & b,
