Rooms were not 5 star standard and not what Jumeriah group is known for. The toilet and bidet were not next to each other which was very strange. Service was average. Wifi was weak and Vodafone had practically no coverage in the hotel especially the rooms.

Location and suite is adequate (not outstanding) but the service is terrible. Requested fan was not provided and they directed us across the street to the ATM when we asked for Euros using our credit card! Only one robe in a suite booked for two people and no pants hangers. When we requested a pants hanger and an additional robe,...

Wonderful location, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were excellent and the room very comfortable. My only little critiscm would be no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but apparently this is normal in Europe; first time ever for me though.

We just spent 4 nights at this hotel and loved every minute. Starting with the doormen, reception, and restaurant staff truly a five star experience. We had a king size bed in a large room with a small balcony. The morning breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the cafe latte! Great location too!!!

We stayed at the Jumeirah for our honeymoon this past July. By far, the worst hotel experience we have ever had. When we returned home, my husband and I reached out to management of this specific hotel along with Jumeirah head quarters and have still never heard from either. Like I said, my husband and I stayed here on our...

I have been in several Jumeriah properties around the world and I left the Rome one with a bittersweet tasted. Jumeirah service all through, top notch and definitely what you would expect from a lux hotel. Nice looking building and great location, but this is the case for all Via Veneto hotels. The room was very disappointing, extremely small and...

I chose to spend a very important anniversary at this hotel and I was treated with such care and attention that I felt truly like the hotel participated as a guest to my Roman holiday. From the elegant and highly attentive doorman, to the experienced check in staff, the hotel ran impeccably smooth. The spa albeit small was very decadent...

This is a luxury hotel. Everything has been designed to make you feel you're staying in a truly fine place. No, it's by no means perfect. Our room was very quiet because our two windows opened to an inside yard, which was fine with us. Our bathroom was large but had only one sink and a puny shower head. The...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
