We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Location is definately the best thing about this hotel, one block away from Roma Central Station (Roma Termini), if you are arriving by train late at night this is a good option, but there are tons of hotels around the terminal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Be aware that staying close to...

I submitted this review one and a half years ago by mistake from my wife profile and now I changed this and I put this review under my name. Is for the second time staying at a hotel from UNA network, after the one in Brescia few years ago . I try to understand what happened to people who were...

I stayed here for a couple of nights. Some of the good things about the hotel: 1. Walking distance from the central station of Rome. So if you will be travelling back and forth Rome, this is a good location. 2. Huge huge room space! If you want a huge room in Europe, you definitely need to spend a lot...

We went there for 2 night from 7/7 - 9/7, I'd say it's definitely a nice stay. The location is good, just 2 mins walk from the termini. Nice lobby and reception, room is clean, modern and spacious. All the staff I met are very nice and supportive, they do speak good english too! The whole environment just made me...

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was pretty good. Close to Termini which was convenient for accessing the train but meant colliding with several "interesting" characters and street vendors throughout the day and hearing trains from the room. Hotel was walking distance to all the major sites and shopping. Hotel finishes were modern but room wasn't as clean as it...

The Hotel Una is a newer hotel in central Rome. We liked the location, room size, and cleanliness of the hotel. We just rolled our luggage from the train station to the hotel (about 2 blocks) - go out of the northern end of the station. We arrived early (after 22 hours of traveling) but they were not able to...

Arrived on the Friday and were allowed early check-in, which meant we got plenty of site seeing in. Room was ok but perhaps not worth what we paid. Being our anniversary my husband emailed in advance to request champagne on ice, on our arrival, but unfortunately they forgot. Breakfast was excellent, the choice of pastries a little too good! On...

Dear guest Thank you for your review regarding your stay at UNA Hotel Roma, we greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Referring to the request of champagne in the room, it was not a lapse but an intention, as we never received a reply to the quotation sent to your husband email; of course...

Perfectly located near train station, trams and busses and the metro. Very modern yet cosy hotel. Small but nicely decorated rooms and good breakfast bar. Couldn't pick a better hotel for this price!

...not sure why people keep commenting on the "not so nice location." Granted it is close to the train station, which in our opinion was a real plus, when faced with dragging our suitcases in the 96 degree temps in Rome the last week in June. However, we never once felt unsafe, even late at night, and I would not...

This was a really great hotel. We were upgraded to an executive room & it was huge by European standards. The breakfast buffet was great everything you could wish for , for breakfast, including about 7 different pastries. The location is great only a few hundred meters from the Roma Termini Station. The only thing that we could fault was...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
