Good points: - Affordable, for the price it was ok. - Really close to the train station, less than 5 minutes walk. - The room was quite clean and the towels changed every day. - Friendly staff. - Warm room even though it was later November. Bad points: - We've actually stayed in a different building from where the reception...

We stayed at Lodi for 4 nights in November. It's not really a hotel, but apartment style lodging. For that price you'd better look for a nicer place closer to the city center. For our first time in Rome I loved that we stayed in a neighborhood instead of the tourist area. Front desk (Linda) was great, very nice and patient. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious and fairly comfortable for the three of us for two weeks. We used our small but functional kitchen for breakfast and sometimes lunch. The bathroom needed...
