Squeezed into a medieval square tower overlooking the Forum in the heart of Rome, this is a truly remarkable building - each floor is a separate ensuite bedroom or dining room or roof terrace! There are spectacular views from the roof, the breakfast was fresh and plentiful, our room very comfortable and clean, and one steps out with the whole...

My husband and I spent two wonderful nights at Residenza Torre Colonnade and were enchanted with the hotel. The room was comfortable, the bathroom modern, and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Really exceptional for a small hotel. The view from the terrace upstairs was absolutely stunning. The only thing to be aware, and it...

The rooms are unique and very particular. The staff are accomodating and the owner is very hospitable. They help you in every way possible. And the breakfast is extravagant with freshly squeezed juice. This place is highly recommended!

Very lovely hotel to stay in Rome, excellent location, very big bathroom, comfortable bed and extremely nice staff working their. The view from the breakfast room was beautiful and it has an even better view from terrace. First, the staff go above and beyond. With only five rooms, they give you so much help and all the attention you need. The location is great and the character and ambiance is a cut above. It is the perfect mix of modern and ancient! Best place we stayed in Italy!

We came back to Rome just to stay at this wonderful, boutique hotel. TheResidenza Torre Colonna is centrally located in the heart of Rome. It is a medieval tower that has been renovated into 5, unique guest rooms. Each floor hosts a different room, in a different color scheme. On the 6th floor is where the breakfast is served and...

We really enjoyed our recent 5 night stay at the Residenza Torre Coloana. I can second the other reviews - the people are warm and helpful, the rooms are very quiet, the breakfast is terrific, the location is great. Also, there is an elevator, which is most appreciated as the building is quite vertical. Sarah, the owner, is very informative...

... stay in the centre of everything. That is exactly what you'll do in the Residenza Torre Colonna. The Forum, the Capitol and the Piazza Venezia are just around the corner, - and the hotel has a charming roof terrace whence you can admire it all. Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
