This place has suffered some awful reviews in the past that may cloud your judgement however....... It was take over 3 years ago and they have worked really hard since. THIS IS NOT A 5* HOTEL This is the place for the backpacker, the traveller and the adventurer. This is not £300 per night with room service so don't expect it. It is however about £15 per night (based on 3 sharing) The rooms are clean. The reception is 24 hours (and the staff super helpful) The mini market on site has all the essentials and fresh pastries by 7am. I did not hit the disco but the youngsters seemed to be loving it. As for the restaurant.. this is something else.. the food is outstanding! You know a place is good when you see the locals queuing for a table. Now to the negatives.. my only gripes are the beds are not comfortable at all and if a portly middle aged man like myself you may struggle to get some sleep. Lastly the shuttle bus from the station finishes at 8pm so if you wanted a late supper in Rome it's a 3k stroll home. Outside of those two points for the budget traveller and adventurer AWESOME.
